Campaigns Help Sections - Edit Campaign

The following steps will walk you through editing an existing campaign.

  1. Make sure you are in the Campaigns tab. If you are not click the word Campaigns which is located on the Tabs.
  2. Also make sure there is at least one Campaign listed in the Data Grid. If there is nothing listed click here for help on creating a New Campaign.
  3. Click a Campaign that is listed in the Data Grid and then click Edit Campaign.
  4. A dialog box appears. Here you can change the:
    1. Campaign's name.
    2. How many messages to send.
    3. How often they are sent.
    4. Whether or not to throttle messages.
    5. Which messages to send.
  5. Click Save when you have made your desired changes to that Campaign.
  6. You are returned to the Data Grid where you will see your changes to the Campaign (if any were made).
  7. Tip: when you are viewing the Data Grid you can use the arrow keys to navigate between Campaigns.
