Mail Help Sections - Delete Message

The following steps will walk you through deleting an email which has been saved.

  1. Make sure you are in the Mail tab. If you are not, click the word Mail which is in the Tabs at the top of the program.
  2. If you are in the Mail tab, note the Navigation Pane in the left hand side of the program now shows Mail folders (Outbox, Draft Mail and Sent Mail.
  3. Click one of the Mail folders (Outbox, Draft Mail and Sent Mail) in the Navigation Pane.
  4. The Data Grid will show any Messages that you have saved. If there are none listed click here for help on creating a new Message.
  5. Note: Deleting a message will remove that message from any campaigns it was associated with.
  6. Click on a Message in the Data Grid. If you do not click a Message you will be told You must select messages to delete.
  7. Click Delete Message which is on the Ribbon Bar.
  8. A confirmation box appears. You have two options.
    1. Click Yes to delete the message.
    2. Click No to take no action, no messages will be deleted.
  9. If you clicked Yes the Data Grid will no longer show the message you just deleted and this message will no longer be associated with any Campaigns..
