Mail Help Sections - Delete Message
The following steps will walk you through deleting an email which has been saved.
- Make sure you are in the Mail tab. If you are not, click the word Mail which is in the Tabs at the top of the program.
- If you are in the Mail tab, note the Navigation Pane in the left hand side of the program now shows Mail folders (Outbox, Draft Mail and Sent Mail.
- Click one of the Mail folders (Outbox, Draft Mail and Sent Mail) in the Navigation Pane.
- The Data Grid will show any Messages that you have saved. If there are none listed click here for help on creating a new Message.
- Note: Deleting a message will remove that message from any campaigns it was associated with.
- Click on a Message in the Data Grid. If you do not click a Message you will be told You must select messages to delete.
- Click Delete Message which is on the Ribbon Bar.
- A confirmation box appears. You have two options.
- Click Yes to delete the message.
- Click No to take no action, no messages will be deleted.
- If you clicked Yes the Data Grid will no longer show the message you just deleted and this message will no longer be associated with any Campaigns..
