Tools Help Sections - DNS Check

The following steps will walk you through running a DNS MX Query on a email address or domain name.

1. Make sure you are in the Tools tab. If you are not, click the word Tools which is in the Tabs at the top of the program.
2. Click DNS MX Query.A dialog appears.
3. Type in the e-mail address or domain name you want to query.
4. Click Go.
5. The text box below will show the results of your query.
6. To exit the dialog click Cancel or click the top right X.
