A subscribe form allows your website visitors to sign up for your mailing list. Create one here by entering your email address and a web page address for your "Thank You" page.To use the subscribe form, you will need to be able to edit web pages and upload web pages to your site.
Step 1: Enter your email address, the email address you put in the POP settings of Email Marketing Pro. This is the email address to which subscribe requests will go.
Step 2: Enter the redirect URL, which is the web address where your subscribers will land after subscribing. For example, a "http://www.example.com/thankyou.htm"

Step 3: Select the fields, in addition to email address, that your subscribers will enter. Email address will always be shown:
First Name: Last Name:
Step 4: Enter the following code in between the <head></head> tags of your web page.
Step 5: Copy and paste the HTML (below) to your web page, where you want the form to be displayed.
